We are not a subscription-based platform. Each purchase is a standalone transaction.

Payment Method

For purchases on our website, we accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards:Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You need to enter debit/credit card information for each transaction. We do not store your debit/credit information. We are not responsible for any conversion fees or foreign exchange fees related to international orders. Payments cannot be split between multiple credit cards. Delivery Information

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return Eligibility: For the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The goods are in the original packaging.
- The following goods cannot be returned:
  - The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  - The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the expiry date has passed.
  - The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Refund Process:

Defective Product Handling:Should you detect any defects in the delivered artificial flower products that were not stipulated, you have the following options:
- Replacement with Equivalent Value: You can request a replacement with a similar artificial flower arrangement of equivalent value.
- Replacement with Different Value: You may request a replacement with an artificial flower arrangement of a different value. In this case, there will be a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price.
- Proportional Price Decrease: You can claim a proportional decrease in the purchase price of the artificial flower arrangement.
- Defect Elimination or Reimbursement: You may demand the gratuitous elimination of defects in the artificial flower arrangement or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by you or a third party.
- Refusal of Contract and Return of Payment: You can refuse to fulfill the contract of sale and demand the return of the amount paid for the artificial flower arrangement. At our appointment and at our expense, you must return the artificial flower arrangement with defects.
- We hold liability for the defects of the artificial flower arrangement if you have made these claims before the artificial flower arrangement was placed at your disposal.
- If you find any defects in the artificial flower arrangement and demand a replacement, we will replace the artificial flower arrangement within two days of your claim.
- If the artificial flower arrangement of inadequate quality is replaced with a similar one, the price is not recalculated.
- Should the static-price of the artificial flower arrangement to be replaced be lower than the price of the replacement arrangement, you must pay the price difference; if the price of the artificial flower arrangement to be replaced is higher than the price of the replacement arrangement, the difference in prices will be paid to you. The price of the artificial flower arrangement to be replaced is determined at the time of replacement.
- If you make a claim for a proportional reduction in the purchase price of the artificial flower arrangements, the price of the artificial flower arrangement at the time you make the claim for a price reduction will be taken into account.
