Huike Trade Limited (“Porcart”, “porcart.com”, “we”, “us”, “our”) aims to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of artificial flower products (including Handmade Faux Flower compositions) purchased from our website.
Your Return and Cancellation Rights
Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have been appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us in the following ways:

- You cannot cancel an order by phone as we only accept online cancellations.
Return Eligibility
For the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The goods are in the original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the expiry date has passed.
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded, unless not permitted by applicable law.
Return Process

To return your product, please contact our customer service for the return address. You can do this by emailing [email protected].
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Packaging and Shipping
Please ensure the goods are packaged properly to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for more expensive items or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Inspection and Notification
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. We will use the same means of internal payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Defective Product Handling
Should you detect any defects in the delivered Handmade Faux Flower compositions that were not stipulated, you have the following options:
Replacement with Equivalent Value
You can request a replacement with a similar Handmade Faux Flower arrangement of equivalent value.
Replacement with Different Value
You may request a replacement with a Handmade Faux Flower arrangement of a different value. In this case, there will be a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price.
Defect Elimination or Reimbursement
You may demand the gratuitous elimination of defects in the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by you or a third party.
Refusal of Contract and Return of Payment
You can refuse to fulfill the contract of sale and demand the return of the amount paid for the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement. At our request and at our expense, you must return the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement with defects.
We hold liability for the defects of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement if you have been made these claims before the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement was placed at your disposal.

If you make a claim for a proportional reduction in the purchase price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangements, the price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement at the time you make the claim for a price reduction will be taken into account.
Your claims for a proportional reduction of the purchase price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement, reimbursement of the costs of correcting defects in the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement by you or a third party, return of the money paid for the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement are subject to satisfaction within 10 (ten) days from the date of filing the corresponding claim.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
